eMMe.2 srl is a microbiological and chemical laboratory of analysis offering the following services:

• analysis of food for human and animal consumption
• analysis of water for human consumption, swimming pool water and surface water
• Chemical and microbiological potability packages as per Legislative Decree 31 02-02-2001
• Swimming pools compliance and hydrotherapy packages as per Regional Deliberation 1092/2005
• analysis of wastewater
• workplace, tools and equipment surface analysis
• Detection and Enumeration of Legionella on environmental samples, with complete serotyping in collaboration with the Policlinico of Modena.
• Realization and implementation of self-control HACCP food plans.
